Senior Engineer, IP Delivery

What we're looking for
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Leading the configuration and activation of customer IP network services (e.g. IPVPN, SDWAN, Internet Access) over Layer-3 network (Customer CPE, SAR routers etc)
• Actioning Internal Network Optimisation Orders (New Modification and ceases/cancellations).
• Ensuring accurate implementation and acceptance testing of routers, switches, firewalls and related equipment.
• Providing IP subject matter expertise to support field technicians and serve as the point of contact for customers throughout the delivery project
• Facilitating customer training and preparing project handover documentation.
• Supporting customer network maintenance and prompt resolution of issues.
• Identifying areas for improvement and working with team leads and managers to implement changes to drive better outcomes for customers and colleagues.
