Admission Counsellor

About the Role We are looking for a committed and target-oriented Academic/Admissions Counselor who can confidently communicate with parents, understand their children's academic needs, guide them in choosing the right subjects/courses, and convert genuine enquiries into successful admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSpeak with parents and understand their child's academic goals, requirements, and concerns.
• Counsel parents and students regarding subject/course selection.
• Explain programs, benefits, fees, learning process, and admission procedures clearly.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with parents.
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
• Handle the complete admission journey from counselling to onboarding.
• Resolve parent objections and queries effectively.
• Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth student joining experience.
• RequirementsStrong parent-handling and counselling skills.
• Excellent communication and convincing ability.
• Must understand the admission/sales process.
• Proven ability to close admissions/enrolments.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and persistent with follow-ups.
• Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication.
• Experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or academic counselling is preferred.
