Job Description
Avedon Education Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and convert potential customers into sales.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Must have a personal smartphone for calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools to generate leads and promote the company's products and services.
- Organise seminars and promotional activities in schools.
- Contact potential customers and schedule product demonstrations.
- Visit clients to demonstrate products and explain their benefits.
- Handle customer queries and close sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in sales or business development will be an advantage.
