Job Description

Position: Chef with Barista

Specialisation: Continental Cook

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare Continental dishes, including sandwiches, burgers, pasta, fries, and other café food items.
  • Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, mocktails, smoothies, and other drinks.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle basic kitchen and café operations.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and beverage preparation area.


Requirements

  • Experience in Continental cuisine and café food preparation.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista techniques.
  • Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages.
  • Good time management and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
