Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined Commis 3 to support the kitchen team with basic food preparation, cleaning, mise en place, and day-to-day kitchen operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the CDP and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
• Perform basic tasks such as cutting, chopping, portioning, marination, and ingredient preparation.
• Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
• Follow Shawarma Sutra’s recipes, SOPs, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Minimize food wastage and report any damaged or low-stock items.
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure orders are prepared efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Requirements0–1 year of kitchen/QSR experience preferred; freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, disciplined, and a good team player.
