Customer Relationship Manager (CRM
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Department: Customer Relationship Management
We are looking for a result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our new Guwahati branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating revenue, achieving business targets, and supporting overall branch growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and service requirements.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and monthly targets.
Follow up with customers to drive sales and repeat business.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth operations.
Track daily performance and work towards achieving branch revenue goals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
