Field Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our client base across woodworking units, furniture manufacturers, and metal fabrication workshops. You will generate quality leads, conduct on-site machinery presentations, and close high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to prospective workshops, interior fabricators, and manufacturing plants.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, field visits, and online inquiries (CRM).
• Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machinery configurations (CNC Routers, CO2/Fiber Laser, Edgebanders).
• Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate payment milestones.
• Maintain pipeline tracking and update lead progress daily in CRM.
• Coordinate with technical service teams for post-sales machine delivery and commissioning.

Requirements & Skills:

• Prior B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, power tools, or hardware is preferred (freshers with strong mechanical aptitude and drive are welcome).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages (Assamese/Bengali).
• Willingness to travel regionally for client visits and trade exhibitions.
• Must possess an active two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license.
