Position: HR Telecaller
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates.
- Explain job openings and requirements.
- Screen candidates over calls.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain calling and candidate records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Telecalling/Recruitment.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and target-oriented.
