Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily food production, live cooking stations, and buffet setups.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce hygiene rules, food safety guidelines, and recipe consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise range chefs, CDP, and kitchen helpers.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock, handle ordering, and manage food costs.
