Lead Generation & Business Development

​Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and potential distribution channels.

​Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, field visits, networking events, and email campaigns.

​Manage incoming inquiries and qualify prospects based on budget, volume, and service fit.

​2. Client Relationship & Sales Conversion

​Schedule and conduct product/service presentations, pitch meetings, and software demos.

​Prepare customized proposals, rate quotations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

​Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery contracts within company profitability guidelines.

​Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts to ensure renewal, upselling, and prompt resolution of service issues.

​3. Marketing & Market Intelligence

​Plan and execute local marketing activities, collateral distribution (brochures, flyers), and digital campaigns (social media, email newsletters).

​Track competitor offerings, local pricing structures, and industry trends to recommend service adjustments.

​Represent the organization at trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and local business networking meets.

​4. Pipeline Tracking & Administrative Duties

​Record all client interactions, lead statuses, quotations, and deal stages in CRM software.

​Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue, volume targets, and client acquisition KPIs.

​Coordinate with internal operations, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure accurate onboarding, timely billing, and smooth service delivery.
