Job Description
- Handle project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables
- Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Identify project challenges and support effective resolution
- Visit clients as and when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
