Salary: ₹10000 Fixed + Up to ₹10,000 Incentive (Take-home: ₹20,000+ on target achievement)
About the Role: We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales Executives to sell health insurance policies directly to customers. This is a 100% Work-From-Home opportunity with a guaranteed fixed monthly salary and an aggressive, uncapped incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5 Leads Generation per day
- 3 Prospect Generate per day
- 1 Customer visit and presentation.

- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 (Guaranteed)

- Target Incentive: ₹10,000 (Earned at 100% target achievement)
- Over-Achievement Bonus: Hit ₹2,50,000+ in sales and earn a flat commission on total sales (Uncapped earnings).
Note: Incentives are calculated strictly on successful policy issuance (fresh premiums) after the 15-day free-look period.
