Mode: Work from home till Guwahati office opens; then work from Guwahati office

Experience: 2–5 years (SEO / digital marketing)
About the role
We need a Guwahati-based female SEO Manager who can grow our online presence and also speak to clients in good English. This is not only a backend SEO seat. You will handle rankings, content and campaigns, and you may speak directly with patients / clients to understand their need and help convert the enquiry into a confirmed case.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run SEO for website and city / service pages (on-page, off-page, technical basics)
- Keyword research (English + relevant local / Hindi search terms where needed)
- Google Business Profile, content briefs, meta titles, blogs, landing pages
- Track rankings, traffic, leads and conversions; share a simple weekly report
- Coordinate with content / ads / website team
- Speak to inbound or assigned clients in clear spoken English
- Explain services professionally, answer basic queries, and hand over or close as per company process
- Maintain a polite, confident tone on call, WhatsApp and email
Must have
- Female candidate only
- Currently in / willing to stay in Guwahati
- Good spoken English — client-facing
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Hands-on SEO experience (not only a course certificate)
- Comfortable on live client calls and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics / Search Console
- Own laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place to work from home
