Job Description
Role: Telecaller (15 Vacancies)
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Process: Outbound Collection / Debt Recovery (Banking & NBFC)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and EMI recovery.
Negotiate payment schedules and guide customers on settlement options.
Maintain clear records of call interactions, payment promises, and follow-up dates.
Coordinate with Field Officers (FOS) for home/office visits when needed.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in Telecalling, BPO, Sales, or Debt Collection. (Prior experience in Banking/DRA/Collection is an added advantage).
Languages: Fluency in Assamese, Bengali and Hindi is required (English and other local languages is a plus).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills with a target-driven mindset.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month
