Telecalling Executive

About the Role

As a Telecalling Executive in our Collections team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the health of our portfolio. You’ll reach out to customers via phone, remind them about pending dues, and help them resolve repayment challenges. You’ll combine empathy with efficiency, guiding customers toward solutions while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Think of this role as part counselor, part negotiator, and part operational driver.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, reminding and guiding them toward repayment.
• Handle inbound calls regarding dues, payment plans, or queries related to collections.
• Explain repayment options clearly and help customers resolve challenges in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems after every interaction.
• Achieve individual and team targets for collections and call efficiency.
• Identify trends or recurring challenges in customer repayment behavior and escalate to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of disputes or queries.
• Uphold compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy norms.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Hindi or English.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecollections, debt recovery, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset, even in challenging conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
