Job Description
We are looking for a Videographer to produce high-quality video content for our brand across social, web and promotional channels. You will handle the full cycle from concept and shooting to editing and delivery, working closely with the social media and marketing team.
Key responsibilities
Plan, shoot and edit short-form (Reels, Shorts, Facebook) and long-form (YouTube, website, brand films) video
- Develop shot lists, storyboards and scripts with the marketing team
- Film events, property and venue walkthroughs, guest or student testimonials, behind-the-scenes content and campaign shoots
- Capture drone and aerial footage where licensed and appropriate
- Edit footage with colour grading, sound design, music, captions and motion graphics
- Deliver formats optimised for each platform (aspect ratios, lengths, file sizes)
- Maintain and organise a library of raw footage, b-roll and final assets
- Care for and maintain all camera, lighting, audio and stabilisation equipment
- Meet content calendar deadlines and turn around urgent requests when needed
- Follow brand guidelines for tone, visual style and logo usage
- Obtain consent and releases from people featured on camera, with particular care around minors
Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in professional videography and editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro; After Effects is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, gimbals, lighting and external audio
- A strong portfolio showing varied work, including short-form social content
- Good storytelling sense, framing and pacing
- Ability to work independently, manage time and handle several projects at once
- Willingness to travel and shoot outdoors, including early mornings and weekends
- Experience in hospitality, travel, wildlife or education video
- Basic photography and photo-editing skills
- Subtitling or multilingual caption experience
- Understanding of social platform algorithms and video analytics
Key performance indicators:
Videos delivered on schedule against the content calendar
- Video views, watch time and completion rate
- Engagement on video content
- Quality and consistency against brand standards
- Turnaround time on edits and revisions
