Om Energy Solution is a growing company specializing in electric scooters, lithium batteries, solar inverters, and energy solutions. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our dealer network, generate new business opportunities, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential dealers, retailers, distributors, and business owners to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for EV, lithium battery, and solar product sales.
• Promote company products, explain features, pricing, and business benefits to customers.
• Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
• Expand the company’s dealer and distributor network.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with the office and sales team regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
• Previous experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG/automotive sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
