We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers/leads, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, handling queries, and converting interested leads into sales.

• ResponsibilitiesCall new and existing customer leads on a daily basis.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Explain products/services clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Follow up with interested and pending customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Update lead status and remarks in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/support team when required.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
