Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and reporting activities. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Enter and verify data in ERP/SAP or other company software, if applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Handle emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of reports.
- Perform other computer-related administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, filters, sorting, and report preparation is preferred.
- ERP/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
