Field Sales Executive

Banarsi Dass & Sons is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the building and construction materials segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit contractors, builders, dealers, retailers and construction sites.
• Generate new business and sales leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Track market prices, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the office and dispatch team for smooth order execution.

Products: TMT Bars, Roofing Sheets, Pipes, Angles, Plates and other construction materials.

Ideal Candidate:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling locally.
• Must have a sales-oriented mindset.
• Experience in construction materials, steel, hardware or building materials will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Should be disciplined, reliable and willing to work towards targets.
