Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

Greet customers and provide friendly, quick and accurate service.

Take customer orders through POS and ensure order accuracy.

Handle customer queries professionally.

Support delivery and takeaway orders.

2. Food Preparation & Quality

Prepare food according to Burger King recipes, SOPs and quality standards.

Follow proper cooking, holding and food-safety procedures.

Maintain product quality, portion control and presentation.

Minimize food wastage and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.

3. Restaurant Operations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, dining area and equipment.

Complete opening, closing and cleaning checklists.

Support smooth operations during peak hours.

Assist other stations/team members whenever required.

4. Safety & Compliance

Follow food safety, personal hygiene and workplace safety standards.

Properly use restaurant equipment and PPE.

Follow all company policies and operational SOPs.

Candidate Profile

Education: 10th / 12th pass preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply; QSR/restaurant experience is an advantage.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.

Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
