Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to lead sales initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.

- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and expand business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Candidate must own a two-wheeler (Bike) and possess a valid driving license.

- Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.

- Familiarity with the assigned sales territory is preferred.
