Field Sales Executive – Manufacturing & Production Sector
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Industry: Manufacturing & Production
Location: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales experience
- Job Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities and leads in the manufacturing and production sector.
- Visit factories, manufacturing units, industrial clients, and potential customers regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up until order closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular field visit and sales reports.
- Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of B2B/industrial sales.
- Tamil and Kannada language skills are highly preferred/required.
- Basic English communication is required.
- Good negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala.
- Strong target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
