Role Overview

 * Job Title: Delivery Partner / Delivery Executive

 * Location: Howrah (West Bengal - Kolkata Metropolitan Region)

 * Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Shifts: 4, 8, or 10 hours)

 * Estimated Earnings: 25,000 – ₹40,000+ per month (Pay per order + distance allowance + peak-hour surge bonuses + daily/weekly incentives)

Key Responsibilities

 * Order Pickup: Collect packed grocery, daily essentials, and household goods promptly from assigned dark stores in Howrah.

 * Doorstep Delivery: Navigate local routes using GPS and deliver orders safely within tight timelines (typically within a 1.5–3 km radius of the dark store).

 * Payment Handover: Deliver items politely and handle Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required.

 * Asset & Safety Management: Maintain the delivery bag, smartphone, and vehicle operational while adhering strictly to traffic regulations.

Eligibility & Documents Required

 * Age: 18 years or older.

 * Identity & Banking Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and active Bank Account details (for direct weekly payouts).

 * Vehicle & License: Own 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License, RC, and insurance OR an Electric Bicycle/Cycle.

 * Device: Android Smartphone with active mobile data and location services.
