Production Supervisor

Production Planning & Operations:

Shift Management: Supervise daily production activities, coordinate machine schedules, and allocate manpower effectively across various manufacturing lines (including assembly, dying, tooth-forming, and slider units).

1. Target Achievement: Monitor hourly and daily production targets, ensuring orders are completed efficiently and on schedule.
2. Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production process, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve line efficiency to minimize downtime and waste.

Quality Control & Safety:

Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials and finished zippers, ensuring products meet company standards and customer specifications.

1. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to factory safety protocols, PPE usage, and machinery safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
2. Housekeeping: Maintain clean, organized, and orderly workstations.

Team Leadership & Administration:

Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate machine operators, technicians, and assembly workers.

1. Attendance & Shift Rosters: Manage shift attendance, prepare duty rosters, and handle day-to-day coordination among floor personnel.
2. Reporting: Maintain detailed daily production logs, machine downtime reports, and shift handover records for plant management.
