1. Position OverviewThe Probationary Associate will be responsible for on‑ground field activities, subscription sales, customer interaction, marketing promotions, and relationship management across assigned territories. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are energetic, ambitious, and eager to build a strong career in sales, marketing, and client engagement.

The candidate will undergo a 6‑month paid probationary period with incentives, followed by a 30–40% salary hike based on performance.

• 3. Key Responsibilities🧭 Field Visits & On‑Ground OperationsDaily field visits to residential areas, commercial hubs, colleges, art centers, studios, and public spaces
• Conducting demos and awareness sessions about Artocult App
• Identifying potential users, creators, artists, and partners
• 📱 Subscription Sales & Lead ConversionPitching Artocult subscription plans to customers and creators
• Explaining benefits of India’s 1st Creative Community App
• Converting leads into paid subscribers
• Maintaining daily lead sheets and conversion reports

• 📣 Marketing & PromotionsExecuting on‑ground promotional activities
• Distributing brochures, flyers, and digital materials
• Supporting local events, art melas, workshops, and brand activations
• Representing Artocult at public gatherings and cultural venues

• 🤝 Customer & Client InteractionEngaging with customers, creators, artists, and small businesses
• Providing app walkthroughs and feature explanations
• Handling queries and guiding users through registration and onboarding
• 🔗 Relationship ManagementBuilding rapport with local creators, art communities, colleges, and cultural groups
• Maintaining long‑term relationships with customers and partners
• Coordinating with Digital City Partners and supporting their activities
• 📊 Reporting & CoordinationDaily reporting to the Team Lead / Manager
• Updating CRM sheets, subscription logs, and field activity trackers
• Coordinating with marketing, operations, and support teams
