Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused graduates for the role of Deputy Manager – Branch Banking. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting retail banking products, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting branch business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for the bank.
• Promote retail banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, and Investment Products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with branch staff to support day-to-day banking operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Age: 21–28 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a sales and customer-facing role.
