- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and grow company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, promotional creatives, and marketing content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop content calendars and maintain consistent social media activity.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Apply basic SEO techniques to improve website visibility.
- Coordinate with the design and business development teams for marketing activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising.
- Content writing, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills are an advantage.
- Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new marketing tools and trends.
