Job Description

Role: Field Collection Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers at their registered locations for payment collection.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending/outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate collection records and daily reports.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets.
  • Submit collected payments and required documents on time.
  • Coordinate with the office/team regarding collection status.
