Branch Manager

The Branch Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the dealership branch. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing branch operations, leading and motivating employees, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, improving profitability, and ensuring compliance with company policies and TVS dealership standards.

The Branch Head will be responsible for coordinating Sales, Service, Spares, Finance & Insurance, Customer Relationship Management, and other branch activities to ensure smooth and profitable operations.

• Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Sales ManagementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual two-wheeler sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
• Monitor daily sales performance and follow up on pending enquiries.
• Ensure effective management of walk-in customers and leads.
• Conduct regular sales meetings with the sales team.
• Monitor test rides, bookings, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.
• Improve conversion rates from enquiries to vehicle sales.
• Plan and implement local sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• 2. Branch OperationsEnsure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
• Monitor all departments and ensure proper coordination between teams.
• Maintain dealership standards and company processes.
• Ensure proper utilisation of manpower and resources.
• Monitor branch expenses and work towards improving profitability.
• Ensure proper maintenance and presentation of the showroom.
• 3. Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage the branch team.
• Set performance targets for employees and departments.
• Monitor employee productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify employee training and development requirements.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional behaviour within the branch.
• 4. Customer SatisfactionEnsure excellent customer service across all departments.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure customers receive proper support before and after vehicle delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and corporate clients.
• 5. Service & After-Sales CoordinationCoordinate with the Service Manager to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Monitor service customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely handling of customer complaints.
• Support initiatives to increase service retention and workshop business.
