Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the bakery section.
- Supervise and train Commis chefs in pastry/baking.
- Prepare breads, cakes, desserts, and specialty items.
- Ensure recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor stock, requisition supplies, and reduce wastage.
- Minimum 3–5 years bakery/pastry experience required.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and time‑management skills.
