* Call NPA customers for debt recovery and payment follow-ups.

* Educate customers about CIBIL, loans, outstanding dues, and repayment options.

* Raise settlement requests and customer complaints through the CRM tool.

* Follow up with customers and collect pending amounts.

* Maintain knowledge of products, processes, and systems.

* Achieve assigned collection targets.

* Maintain professional communication with customers.
