: Debt Collection Team LeaderJob ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Manage and guide office telecallers and field collection executives to achieve collection targets.Target Achievement: Monitor daily collections, call performance, and field recovery targets.Customer Escalations: Handle difficult customer cases, payment disputes, and settlement negotiations.Field Team Coordination: Plan and monitor field visits and support executives in recovering overdue payments.Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, maintain collection reports, and ensure targets are achieved.Compliance: Ensure all collection activities follow company policies and applicable regulations.Required Qualifications & Skills2–5 years of experience in debt collection, loan recovery, or call center operations.Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred.Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and collection processes.Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per monthAdditional Benefits: Performance-based incentivesWork Locations: Secunderabad and Begumpet
