We are looking for smart, energetic, talented and hardworking Salesmen to join our team at Khadi Culture.

If you are confident in dealing with customers, passionate about fashion and clothing, and most importantly punctual, disciplined and committed to your work, we would love to meet you.

👔 SALESMAN – MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend customers professionally

• Understand their outfit requirements

• Explain and showcase our collections

• Help customers choose the right outfits

• Convert walk-ins into successful sales

• Maintain excellent customer relationships

• Be punctual, disciplined and regular to work

💰 SALARY + EXCELLENT INCENTIVES

We offer a very competitive salary based on your experience and skills.

🔥 PLUS 1% INCENTIVE ON EVERY ELIGIBLE ORDER/SALE YOU MAKE!

Our current sales staff are earning approximately ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month through incentives, and strong performers can potentially earn ₹8,000–₹20,000+ in additional incentives, depending on their sales.

The better you sell, the more you earn.

We offer a comfortable showroom environment with a good opportunity to learn, perform and grow with the brand.

Khadi Culture – Manikonda

Khadi Culture – Sainikpuri

Candidates staying around Manikonda, Shaikpet and nearby areas will be preferred for our Manikonda branch.

Candidates from Secunderabad, Sainikpuri and surrounding areas can also apply for our Sainikpuri showroom.
