Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.


>Key Responsibilities:


•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

•Resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up

•Maintain records of customer interactions

•Provide product/service information clearly and effectively



Qualifications:


•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
