Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment fixing: Call prospective customers and schedule site visits for the real estate project.
- Customer communication: Provide basic project details over phone in English and Telugu.
- Data handling: Maintain call records, update appointment schedules, and share daily reports.
- Follow-ups: Make reminder calls to customers before scheduled site visits.
- Professional conduct: Ensure polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
Requirements
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Telugu.
- Personal Laptop: Mandatory for work from home.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Experience: Prior telecalling experience preferred, especially in real estate.
- Work ethic: Ability to work independently, meet daily call requirements, and maintain discipline.
Role Telecalling Executive – Real Estate
Shift9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Fixed, no targets
Work Mode Work from Home (Laptop required)
Languages English & Telugu
Weekly Off 1 day per week
Focus Appointment fixing for site visits
