Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Explain broadband/ISP plans, offers, upgrades, and services to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads for new broadband connections.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments, renewals, and pending requests.
  • Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the technical/network team for customer complaints when required.
  • Achieve assigned sales, calling, and customer-service targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi Telugu, English.
  • Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
  • Telecalling, sales, or BPO experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Good listening and follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
