Evening Kids English & Communication Trainer

Teach confidence, communication and activity classes to children aged 5-12 at Happy Hoppers, [landmark], Bandlaguda Jagir. Lesson plans, worksheets and full training (including body-language techniques) are provided, and two staff members assist you in every class, so you can focus on the children.

Your week

• Monday to Saturday, 5:30-8:30 PM, at our centre (not work from home)
• Three programs, all taught in English in 1-hour classes: personality and public speaking (ages 7-12), junior confidence (ages 5-7) and activity club (ages 6-10)
• [3 batches, each meeting twice a week]. The remaining time goes to demo classes, parent conversations and preparation

What you'll do

• Teach group classes and prepare children for the end-of-module presentation to parents
• Speak with parents who inquire, take demo classes and share progress updates
• Plan the activity club schedule

You need

• Fluent spoken English and excellent communication skills
• Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, pre-school, activity or drama training)
• Patience and a genuine love for working with kids

A degree in psychology or communication is a plus. Mothers returning to work after a career break are welcome.

Pay: ₹11,000 fixed per month, plus a ₹2,000 bonus when your batch renewal rate exceeds a set percentage (explained at interview).
