### **1. Mass Hiring Field Recruiter**

* **Locations:** Mumbai | Chennai | Bengaluru | Pune | Hyderabad

* **Gender:** Male / Female

* **Experience Required:** 0–2 years in blue-collar mass hiring, field sourcing, or spot onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct field drives, visit labor hubs, industrial clusters, and local areas to source frontline workers (loaders, packers, drivers, security staff, warehouse labor).

* Mobilize candidates, conduct initial screening, gather Aadhaar/KYC documents, and guide candidates to walk-in interview venues.

* Coordinate local job fairs and meet daily target allocations.
