Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Required: Qualified & Skilled ITI certificate in Fitter Trade from a recognized institute.

Experience: 0-5 Years

Reporting To: HOD & Management

Job Responsibilities

• Perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for fitting operations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect mechanical parts to ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Identify mechanical faults and assist in troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain maintenance records and report equipment problems to the supervisor.
• Support production, maintenance, and laboratory teams as required.
• Report daily work progress, equipment breakdowns, maintenance activities, and technical issues to the Plant Head and Management.
• Follow instructions issued by the Plant Head and Management and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Ability to use vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and industrial safety practices.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
