🎓 ELIGIBILITY

• MBA (HR) / Any Degree

• Freshers are welcome – Unpaid Internship

• 6 Months – 1 Year experience in HR Recruitment / Campus Recruitment

• Interest in HR, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment

💼 ROLE: HR INTERN

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates

• Assist with Campus Recruitment activities

• Coordinate with colleges, placement cells and candidates for campus recruitment drives

• Support fresher hiring and recruitment campaigns

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process

• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups

• Assist with onboarding and documentation activities

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities

• Learn practical HR processes, recruitment methods and talent acquisition strategies
