HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Sourcing & Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: Must be in Overseas Manpower Consultancy - (Gulf Countries)

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Sourcing & Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Similar consultancy recruiter roles emphasize handling the full recruitment lifecycle and managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable profiles.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Should make strategies to source Blue Collar candidates(labour, technician, worker, Maintance staff)
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple openings.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Should build up Team Management, guide Junior too.
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
• candidates with 3-6 years of recruitment experience can apply.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in consultancy or manpower recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment is an added advantage.
