Job Description

Job Description – HR Executive / HR ManagerPosition: HR Executive / HR Manager

Industry: Healthcare

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–5 years for HR Executive; 5+ years for HR Manager

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
  • Recruit doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, front-office staff, counsellors, sales and support staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and walk-in interviews.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Negotiate salary and manage offer letters.
  • Complete joining formalities and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and full & final settlements.
  • Monitor employee performance, retention and attrition.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure HR policies and applicable statutory requirements are followed.
