Human Resource Intern Fresher

About the Role

Harvinn Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team. This opportunity is suitable for freshers who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing

• Search and shortlist candidates through job portals

• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Assist with offer letters and onboarding activities

• Maintain candidate and employee records

• Support attendance and HR documentation

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day activities

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree / MBA HR / HR-related background preferred

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to communicate with candidates professionally

• Willingness to learn and work in a team

• Immediate joiners are preferred
