Icing Chef

To prepare, decorate, and finish cakes, pastries, and other bakery products while maintaining consistent quality, taste, appearance, hygiene, and production standards as per company requirements.

1. Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and apply different types of creams, icings, frostings, fillings, and toppings for cakes and bakery products.
2. Decorate and finish cakes according to approved designs, specifications, and customer requirements.
3. Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, colour, weight, and presentation.
4. Follow standard recipes, ingredient measurements, and production instructions.
5. Plan and complete daily icing production according to the production schedule.
6. Check the quality and freshness of raw materials before use.
7. Ensure proper storage, temperature control, and handling of creams and perishable ingredients.
8. Minimize ingredient wastage and maintain efficient utilization of raw materials.
9. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
10. Follow food safety standards, personal hygiene practices, and company quality procedures.
11. Coordinate with Bakery, Packing, Quality Control, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of production.
12. Guide and support Assistant Masters and Helpers in daily icing activities.
13. Identify and report quality issues, production delays, equipment problems, and material shortages to the supervisor.
14. Maintain production records and follow company policies and safety procedures.
