Job Description

IITPLANET – Inside Sales Executive (Work From Home)Company: IITPLANET.com

Work mode: Remote / Work from home

Working hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (as advertised)

Advertised salary: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, plus incentives

  • Job responsibilitiesCall prospective students and parents using leads provided by the company.
  • Explain IITPLANET's online courses and educational programs.
  • Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
  • Convert enquiries into course bookings and student admissions.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
  • Achieve daily calling, booking and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions professionally.
  • RequirementsGood communication skills in Telugu and English.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales or pre-sales is preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
