Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage inward and outward inventory, stock records, material movement, dispatches, and IT hardware tracking.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inward and outward entries for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify received items against invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers in Excel or the company's inventory system.
• Track laptops, desktops, networking equipment, accessories, and other IT assets.
• Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate deliveries, collections, and returns.
• Update stock movement, serial numbers, asset allocation, and return records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, delivery personnel, and customers.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safe handling of materials.
• Maintain daily inventory and logistics reports.
