Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate marketing activities, customer communication, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives. Candidates with an educational background in Agriculture will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and collect information about customer and market requirements.
• Assist in promoting agricultural products and services.
• Maintain customer and marketing databases.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with customers and business leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain proper records of marketing activities and customer interactions.
• Perform other marketing and coordination tasks assigned by management.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, coordination, sales support, or a related role.
• Female candidates preferred.
• B.Tech / B.Sc in Agriculture candidates preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and business partners.
• Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities when required.
• Candidates with knowledge of the agricultural sector/products will have an added advantage.
