ROLEPhysics Wallah is hiring energetic and target-driven Pre-Sales Associates to strengthen our calling team and drive student walk-ins across 11th & 12th, IIT-JEE, NEET and Foundation (Classes 8–10) Offline Courses.

The role is focused on outbound calling, lead qualification, counselling over phone, demo/visit booking and consistent follow-up, ensuring qualified prospects reach the centre and are effectively handed over to the sales team.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMake high-volume outbound calls to assigned student and parent leads.
• Understand academic requirements, location, course interest and purchase intent to qualify prospects.
• Communicate PW programs, key benefits, fees, scholarships and centre offerings clearly over the phone.
• Build quick rapport through confident conversation and effective storytelling.
• Generate interest, handle initial objections and convert conversations into demo/centre visit bookings.
• Maintain daily call volumes, talk-time, booking and productivity targets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the calling funnel.
• Coordinate with parents, students and the sales team to ensure scheduled walk-ins happen.
• Update lead status, call outcomes, next actions and follow-ups accurately in CRM.
• Share qualified opportunities with the sales team with all relevant customer information.
• Track pending callbacks and ensure no qualified lead is missed.
• Work closely with Sales, Centre teams to improve lead-to-walk-in conversion.
• Deliver daily and monthly calling, qualification, booking and walk-in targets.
