Job Overview: Edmium Overseas Consultancy is looking for detail-orientated and responsible Process Associates to support its student application and admission processes. The candidate will coordinate with students, counsellors, universities and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.

• Roles & Responsibilities Handle student application processing and documentation.
• Verify academic documents, passports and other required certificates.
• Coordinate with students to collect pending documents.
• Assist with university applications and admission procedures.
• Track application status, offer letters and admission updates.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with counsellors and university representatives.
• Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation and process reports.

Skills Required

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn international education processes.
